1. Acceptance of Terms
In Short: By downloading, accessing, or using Peptides Calculator, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and Sphnix, Inc (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the Peptides Calculator mobile applications, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, downloading the app, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and handle your information.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
2. Eligibility
In Short: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
The Services are intended solely for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to use the Services, and we may suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to a person under 18.
3. License & Permitted Use
In Short: We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Services. You may not misuse, copy, resell, or reverse engineer them.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree that you will not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense any part of the Services
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services
- Scrape, harvest, or use automated means to access the Services or their content
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features, subscription gating, or usage limits
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair them, or interfere with any other party's use
4. User Content & Photo Uploads (Acceptable Use)
In Short: Photo Body Scan accepts photos of yourself only, in non-explicit athletic or posing attire. Prohibited content is automatically screened by AI, and violations can result in loss of access. You own your photos; we process them only to provide your estimate.
The Photo Body Scan feature lets you capture or select three photos of your own body (front, back, and side) so that AI can generate a body-composition estimate. When you submit photos or other content to the Services, the following rules apply.
Prohibited content
You may only submit photos of yourself, in non-explicit athletic or posing attire (shirtless, sports bra, compression wear, swimwear, or posing trunks are acceptable). You must not submit:
- Nude, sexual, or sexually explicit content of any kind
- Photos of any person other than yourself
- Photos of minors, under any circumstances
Automatic screening. All submitted photos are automatically screened by AI for content-policy violations before an estimate is produced. If a violation is detected, no estimate is generated, and a violation report — including your account identifier and email address — is recorded and reviewed by our moderation team.
Enforcement. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject any submitted content and to suspend or terminate your access to the Photo Body Scan feature or to your account for violations of these rules. Repeated violations will block your access to the feature.
Ownership and license. You retain all ownership rights in the photos you submit. By submitting photos, you grant us a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to process them solely for the purpose of providing you with your body-composition estimate. Temporary copies used for analysis are deleted after processing. Photos captured with the in-app camera are also saved to your own device's photo gallery, where they remain entirely under your control and are never uploaded from there by us.
Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the right to submit it and that it complies with these Terms.
5. AI Features & Processing
In Short: AI features, including Photo Body Scan, use Google Gemini via Firebase Vertex AI. Photos are processed once and then deleted. AI outputs are estimates and may be inaccurate — they are not medical claims.
Certain features of the Services — including Mira AI, the Lab Report Scanner, and Photo Body Scan — use Google Gemini AI accessed via Firebase Vertex AI to process the data you choose to submit.
One-time processing. For Photo Body Scan, your photos are downscaled on your device and transmitted once to the AI service to produce a body-composition estimate. Our temporary copies are deleted after analysis (at the latest within 24 hours). The numeric result is stored locally on your device only — we do not store your photos or your results on our servers.
No medical claims. AI-generated outputs are approximations produced by statistical models. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or wrong, and they are provided for informational and educational purposes only. We make no medical, diagnostic, or measurement claims for any AI output. You should not rely on AI outputs as a substitute for professional advice.

6. Health Disclaimer
In Short: Everything in the Services is an educational estimate — not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or measurement. Always consult a physician.
The Services, including all calculators, trackers, AI features, and the Photo Body Scan, provide educational estimates only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a medical measurement of any kind, and they are not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified healthcare professional.
Body-composition figures produced by Photo Body Scan are visual estimates generated by AI from photographs. They are not clinical measurements and should not be used to make health, medication, dosing, or treatment decisions.
Always consult a physician or other qualified healthcare provider before making any decision related to your health, medications, supplements, or peptides. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have seen in the Services.
7. Subscriptions & Purchases
In Short: Paid features are billed through the App Store or Google Play and managed in your store account settings.
Certain features of the Services, including Photo Body Scan, require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are purchased and billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play, depending on your device, and are subject to the applicable store's terms and billing policies.
Subscription renewal, cancellation, and refunds are managed entirely through your App Store or Google Play account settings. We do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds for purchases made through the stores.
Usage limits may apply to specific features (for example, Photo Body Scan includes a limited number of scans per month). We may change subscription prices or feature entitlements prospectively; changes will not affect a period you have already paid for.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
In Short: The Services are provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY ESTIMATE, CALCULATION, OR AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SPHNIX, INC OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
9. Indemnity
In Short: You agree to indemnify us for claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sphnix, Inc and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with (i) your access to or use of the Services, (ii) any content you submit, including photos, (iii) your violation of these Terms, or (iv) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
10. Changes to Terms
In Short: We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept them.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we may notify you by prominently posting a notice within the Services or by sending you a notification. Your continued use of the Services after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services.
11. Governing Law
In Short: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Services are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
